Mason Jin (he/they) is a queer Chinese-American photographer and visual artist based in San Diego/NYC. He is currently completing his BFA in Photography & Imaging with minors in Art History and Cinema Studies at NYU Tisch.
Drawing influences and inspirations from contemporary media and his background as a first-gen immigrant, Mason is particularly interested in the storytelling aspects of culturally specific visual imaging and cinematically charged narratives achieved through staged compositions and personal connections to the subject matter.
